About The Vertical

We are looking to build our demand vertical within the product management function, this team would look after
all our customer facing digital properties. Ideal fit would be people who our passionate about understanding
customers’ behaviour and building great customer experiences across the lifecycle which will fundamentally evolve
how people take loans in India, gold loans to start with.

What You'll Do
• Define product roadmap consistent with the short term & long term strategy
• Understand the customers to build a smooth user experience throughout the loan journey
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution & delivery of products
• Ownership of product metrics which are critical to delivering business goals
• Continuously challenge & disrupt the status quo across different realms of products & reach to newer
heights of customer experience & operational efficiencies

What You'll Need

• We are hiring across different positions in this vertical;
• Group Product Managers: 6 – 8 year experience in product management
• Senior Product Managers: 4 – 6 year experience in product management
• Product Managers – 2 – 4 year experience in product management
• Build & scaled customer-facing product(s) (must haves for GPM & SPM roles)
• B Tech. or MBA from a premier institution
