When paraphrasing you should consider the following:
›› Be objective. Use only the information you have,

›› Use synonyms. If you take the original text and
change words with synonyms, check the context
first to see if the synonyms fit.
›› If you need to use some of the information just as
it is, you can use quotation marks and give credit by
citing the author’s name.

the paragraph. Share your paragraph with a classmate
and give feedback if necessary.
