 TASK 2 : REFLECTIVE REPORT/ESSAY

Based on task 1, I feel happy to be able to talk about education. The types of speech is
informative. The title is Developmental Skills For Preschoolers. It is all about Developmental
Skills For Preschoolers.

There are many developmental skills like cognitive development, physical development, social
and emotional development, language development , self-help and adaptive development. At the
video planning stage, I have been looking for materials and knowledge for me to share in the
presentation. I am happy because it is not difficult and easy for me to do.

During video recording, I used a smartphone to record myself and was assisted by a laptop as a
reference. After the video is recorded, I will see the quality and the way I make the presentation
so that I feel satisfied. The challenges I went through while recording video were the smartphone
battery running out quickly, not enough lighting, and the atmosphere was a bit noisy.

The way I do to overcome this challenge is to use the phone's power bank to make sure my
phone has enough battery to record video, try to turn on the lights to get enough lighting and I
make videos during relatively quiet conditions.

Before I make the video, I have carefully planned so that everything is complete. I made a
checklist before starting the video. Before I started the show, I did some practice to make it
easier for me to make a real video. Practically only takes half an hour. The time taken to record a
video is approximately two hours. This is because I want a video that is clear, and interesting.
Creativity and innovation in making video recordings is very important in order to attract
listeners to focus on the performances I do.

 The advantage of this video recording is, I can record this video easily without anyone's help.
The lack of this video recording is probably a noisy atmosphere. During the video process,
there was an unwanted incident that occurred that my laptop suddenly closed due to lack of
battery. Maybe I need to charge first before using it. After showing the video to someone, he
suggested that I use the mic so that the voice was louder and clearer. In my personal thoughts
to complete this task is always patient and not stressful so that it can do well. If the video
recording is not organized, you can also make an ad or poster and publish it on social sites so
that the public can see it.

Finally, I am very happy to be able to share about developmental skills for preschoolers.
Overall, early childhood development is an extremely important issue which needs to gain
recognition. Every parent needs ti understand and be aware of how crucial the first several years
of their’s life is. They should not hesitate to reseach or ask for help on this topic if need be.
