OBJECTIVES

The project work aims to enable students to:

a) identify a legal problem and provide its remedy


b) select relevant legal sources and conduct research
c) analyse and distinguish between types of cases
d) apply case laws and relevant statutory laws

METHODOLOGY

a) The student is required to select any 3 decided cases related to the curriculum where one
must be civil in nature, one criminal and one constitutional in character.
b) The research on the cases must include the following points:
i) Name of the case
ii) Parties to the case
iii) Citation
iv) Bench
v) Nature of the case (Civil, Criminal or Constitutional)
vi) Facts of the case and issues involved
vii) Arguments of the parties
viii) Decision of the case
