POWERGEN International® May 23-25, 2022

POWERGEN International®, scheduled to take place on January 26-28, 2022, has been rescheduled and
will now take place May 23-25, 2022 at the same location, the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center
in Dallas, TX. We are extremely grateful that our partners in Dallas approached us with the dates
available in May that could accommodate our events and allow us to deliver against our promise of
providing value to all customers.

As you can imagine this decision did not come easily and we have put thoughtful consideration into
our next steps.  With the recent surge in COVID-19 cases, we have had open and honest discussions
with our exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and attendees over the past few days. At this time many
companies still have travel bans in place that are impacting their decision to travel to events. We
respect those health and safety decisions being made and are con�dent that delaying the event until
May will deliver an environment where people feel safe to reconnect face-to-face and business can be
done.

Conference Sessions

The POWERGEN International® Conference consist of technical deep dices on sector critical topics, with each
track focusing on a vertical discipline. Sessions will cover topics that are important to personnel tasked with
building, operating and maintaining power plants. The NEW Tech-talk sessions will be 30-minute highly
technical sessions. The NEW Fire-side Chat sessions will be 30-minute “Q&A” informal interview style sessions.

Knowledge Hubs

The POWERGEN International® free to attend Knowledge Hubs are bite-sized ted talks on emerging

Negative COVID-19 Test Required for Participation

We know this is a dif�cult time for many organizations as we experience the impact the Coronavirus is having
against the world’s health and economy. Our highest priority is ensuring a safe environment for all attendees,
exhibitors, partners, and staff to ensure a successful event. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test result will be
required to attend. Attendees who are fully vaccinated may show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination instead of
proof of negative test. Vaccination is not required to attend the event.
