1.8 Concrete pouring of tie beams, pedestal and slab-on-grade.
2. Superstructure Works

2.1 Installation of Base Plate with 25mm thk leveling grout.

2.2 Installation of Columns (C-1) & Link Columns.
2.3 Installation of cross bracing for stability of columns.
2.4 Installation of horizontal suppports for 2nd Floor Slab
2.5 Installation of steel stairs.
2.6 Installation of 2nd Floor Slab.
2.7 Installation of EPS Panel and pre-fabricated windows and doors.
2.8 Installation of roofing, truss (T-1 & T-2), purlins, and roofing panel.
3. Finishing Works

3.1 Installation of electrical and plumbing rough-ins

3.2 Installation of ceiling on GF & 2F.
3.3 Installation of electrical accessories:
○ Convenience Outlets
○ Fluorescent Lamps and Switches
○ Safety Breakers
○ Ventilation Wall Fans
○ Photo cell control switches
○ Split-type Airconditioning Unit
3.4 Installation of plumbing fixtures.
3.5 Mounting of Fire Extinguishers.
