 Supply and install pipe and fittings

2. CONSTRUCTION OF 200M3 UNDERGROUND TANK

 Fix formworks to roof slab and parapet

 Cast rcc to roof slab and parapet

 Demolish formworks and scaffolding

 Supply and install pipe and fittings

 Supply and install ladder

 Construction of valve chamber

 Provide and insert plastic sheet to base slab
 Supply and install 6mm sheet metal access
 Mesh wire fencing and Supply and fix gates.
3. GENERATOR AND GUARD HOUSE AT BH AND 500M3

 Cement screed to floor slab

 Supply and install facial board, gutter, down pipes

 Supply and install electrical parts (thermoplastic conduit of 13.3mm, screw

type connectors, switches, Flush mounted socket including junction boxes,

screw type insulating caps, cover, Fluorescent lamp)

 Drainage works

4. CONSTRUCTION OF TOILET AT 1000M3, 500M^3 & BH

 Cement screed to floor slab

 Supply and install facial board, gutter, down pipes

  Supply and install electrical parts (thermoplastic conduit of 13.3mm, screw

type connectors, switches, Flush mounted socket including junction boxes,

screw type insulating caps, cover, Fluorescent lamp)

5. GROUND RESERVOIR OF 500M3

 Reinforced concrete type c-30 filled into from work to wall

 Reinforced concrete type c-30 filled into from work to columns, beams and

roof slab

 Provide cut, bend and fix in position reinforced steel to columns, roof slab

 Provide and fix formwork to columns, roof slab and beams

 Demolish formworks from wall, columns and roof slab
 Provide and apply 50cm cement screed to the reservoir floor and roof slab

 Provide and apply 3 coats of plaster to internal walls columns and to

embedded part of external wall

 Rendering external wall

 Supply and fix external galvanized steel (6m) and internal stainless steel

(5.5m) ladder complete with saftly cage as per design to satisfaction of the

Engineer

 Supply and install external water level indicator complete with necessary

accessories

 provide and fix 6mm sheet metal access cover with latch and lock for valve

chamber and reservoir

 paint with water proof for the wall and floor base

 Provide and place single brick layer cover to protect the asphalt coat from the

backfill material

 Provide and construct 400mm thick pointed stone masonry valve chamber for

inlet, outlet, overflow and drain valves as per the drawing (top slab C-25)

 Provide and fix formwork to columns, roof slab and beams

 Demolish formworks from wall, columns and roof slab
 Provide and apply 50cm cement screed to the reservoir floor and roof slab
