5. Fabrication and Installation of forms and scaffoldings.
6. Pouring of concrete at columns and wall footing, slabs, stair, columns and beams.
7. Fabrication and Installation of steel railings and stainless steel handrail at the stairs.
8. Installation / laying of glazed and unglazed ceramic tiles.
9. Laying and plastering of CHB at the interior and exterior wall partition in plain finish.
10. Installation of aluminum metal furring channel for ceiling and hardiflex ceiling boards.
11. Installation of flush doors, double swing aluminum door, steel casement and awning
windows.
12. Laying of electrical roughing-ins.
13. Installation of electrical wires and fixtures.
14. Installation of communication lines and fixtures.
15. Installation of water distribution, septic tank and sanitary lines.
16. Installation of plumbing fixtures and accessories.
17. Installation of steel trusses, c-purlins and facia board.
18. Installation of long span roofing, ridge roll and stainless gutter.
19. Painting of the interior and exterior building
20. Concrete pathwalk and landscaping.
21. Installation of flagpole on top of front canopy.
22. Installation of overhead water tank, stainless steel.
23. Clearing and cleaning.
