Tittle: Rehash of paper

Abstract:
Now a days many trees are being cut down,because of more usage of papers,in
day to day life activities,which is leading to Global warming and greenhouse
effect,it may result to death of animals as well as for human beings,by causing
deadly diseases like Respiratory cancer,blood cancer etc this project ensure the
use of paper again and again,which may lead to decrease in the diseases,We aim
to provide complete use of papers through this project.

Introduction:
In the name of deforestation,we are cutting down the trees,because of
selfishness,which causes to destroy of animal habitats,decrease amount of
oxygen in atmosphere,destroys plants that may be curses for diseases.Trees give
us oxygen,it will be like cutting off oxygen supply,which may lead to develop the
deadly path in future days,Record shows that 35% of total trees cut around the
world are using purposely for paper industries on every continent.
The objective to introduce this system is to make paper reusable,for longer
period of time,so that cut down of trees can be reduced and environment can be
saved for our future generations.

Literature survey:
According to Global satellite survey of 2017,one football pitch of forest lost for
every second by cutting of trees,global deforestation is an upward
trend,jeopardising efforts to tackle climate change and massive decline in
wildlife,The loss in 2017 recorded by global forest watch was 29.4m
hectares.Global tree cover losses have doubled since 2003,while deforestation in
crucial tropical rainforest has also doubled since 2008,due to fast growing
population around the globe.Around only 60% of paper is recycled but it does not
form a new paper as before,Forest losses are huge contributor to the carbon
emissions driving global warming about the same as total emissions from The US
which is the world’s second biggest polluter and also wildlife having plunged by
half in the last 40 years,starting a sixth mass extinction .

Problem Statement:
The current methods of getting paper is based on two ways i.e Cut down of trees
and recycling of paper which involved heavy cost and maintance as well as time
consuming,also there is limited forest available around the globe,the probability
chances of getting optimal materials will be reduced in upcoming days which lead
to scarcity of papers and cost increases by harming the environment.

Hardware requirements:
1.Heat rollers with low rpm.
2.Titanium dioxide(chemical) powder or liquid.
3.Sprayers and dryers.
4.LDR.
5.Relay.
6.Water pump.
7.Heat Rollers.
8.Conveyor Belt.

Implementation:
The Reused A4 size paper enters the roller(machine),As a LDR detects, the entry
of paper in the machine.Relay connected to the LDR,Switches ON the pump to
transfer the chemical(titanium dioxide) to the sprayer(nozzle) onto the
paper,then chemical sprayed paper moves on the Heat roller using conveyor
belt,to remove some mositure content of the chemical sprayed on paper and to
dry the paper,then the paper is ready to use again.
About chemical[Titanium dioxide]
Titanium dioxide is a fine, white powder that provides a Bright white
pigment.titanium dioxide is having good thermal stability of 0.01% to 0.12%,The
chemical properties of Tio2 is non toxic and chemical properties is stable,It almost
has no reaction with other materials like
(oxygen,hydrogensulfide,sulfurdioxide,carbon-dioxide and ammonia and is not
soluble in water)which are produced under normal temperature.And it is used in
food- stuff’sand preservatives ,So it is not harmful for human beings,by applying
onto the paper.

User Interface:
This will reduce the cutting of trees and can save the environment properly,as a
result the pollution taking place can be controlled,as good as early ages,and as
well as deadly Hazardess diseases can be elimanted by keeping the environment
safe and clean and ecological balance can be maintained.

Feasibility:
The current process in manufacturer of paper have certain limitations regarding
deforestation and lack of maintance and lot of consumption of water.In order to
automate this entire process and provide a more efficient and optimal
solutions,we decided to come up with an new idea of reuse of paper again and
again,Problems like limitations,the probability of collecting,storage of used paper
is tricky difficult,and also materials required to treat used paper is difficult and
also it is an unefficent manner But this project involve less use of manpower and
in efficient way.
