REPORT OF LOGINA MANUFACTORY

 I. INTORDUCTION

In this report we will explain the way of making a bottle of water

from the beginning until we get the final product step by step. Start
from the first shape of the bottle, making the shape of bottle, blowing,
desalination and many stages. Also, the type of machine that they are
using them in the manufactory and what is the benefit of every
machine.

We will illustrate these operations by picture and automation draw

of all steps of machines.

II. OBJECTIVE

After this report you will know ten things :

a. The settle way of urinal in product line.

b. How the blowing machine is working.

c. How they sterilization and filling the bottle.

d. Putting the caps on the bottle.

e. How they cover the bottle by label.

f. The way of printing date on the bottle.

g. How the rolling machine is working.

h. What kind of filter is using in desalination water.

i. What is the benefit of each filter.

j. How the desalination units are working.

IV. STEPS OF MAKING BOTTLE OF WATER
1. First of all, in the first step of making bottle is to collect urinal in box to be
ready take on the urinal line

2. Secondly, the urinals enter the blowing and formation machine to make
the specific shape of the bottle depend on the model of machine if it
make four bottle in the same time or six or eight but in logina it make four
bottle.

3. Thirdly, the machine put four urinals in the shaping mold and after that
the machine blowing the urinals by specific air and also, specific heat and
the heat in the middle is different from top. The blowing and formation
machine is control by PLC SIEMENS type S7 1200.

4. Fourthly, after that the urinal is a bottle and they push them by two pump
to arrive them to the sterilization and filling machine.

5. Fifthly , in sterilization and filling machine they clean the bottle and filling
the desalination water(it will be explaining) into the bottle until to be full.

6. Sixthly, after sterilization and filling the bottles go to caps machine to put
cap on the bottle.

7. Seventhly, after putting cap on the bottle. The bottles enter the monitor
machine to be sure that the bottle is good.

8. eighthly, while the bottles are going to the flashing machine there is a
machine print the expiry and the production date on the bottle.

9. Ninthly, printing date bottles go to the flashing machine to be cover by

label by heating.

 10. then, after covering, bottles go to be gathering and go to the rolling and
flashing machine.

11. Finally, after all these steps bottles of water is ready to be storage or
shipping.

V. DESALINATION WATER
A. Sequences of desalination
B. Steps of desalination
1. First of all, the pump water take the water that we want to treat it from
source water likes ( seas, well, etc…) and enter it to the first filter of the
sequence.

2. Secondly, after the water comes from water source, sand filter
(pretreatment) start to eliminate soils from the water.

3. Thirdly, after the sand filter finish its work, the water is transferring by
pump to the second filter (CARBONE FILTER) this filter is using to remove
metal and poisonous material from the water.

4. Fourthly, after this treatment, water is transferring to the third filter

(SOFTENER FILTER) this filter is using to eliminate impurity and small
microbes.

5. Fifthly, after all of these filters treatment, it comes two additional

(SOFTENER FILTER) and they use these two filter just to make water more
softener.

6. Then, the water is transferring to the OZONE FILTER to sterilization water

and also to keep it for a long time.

7. Finally, after this six steps the water is transferring to be storage in the
(storage tank) and it is ready for drink.
