Established: 1988

Started with 7 Inland Container Depot (ICD) of Indian Railways. Currently


operates with 62 ICDs/CFSs across India. Company’s flagship terminal- ICD,
Tuglakhabad, Delhi. Owns sophisticated equipments such as Rail Mounted Gantry
(RMG) , Rubber Tyre Gantries (RTGs), and Loaded and Empty handling Reach
Stackers, BLC wagons (7200 in numbers)

Online support: Export/Import Terminal Management System (ETMS), Domestic


Terminal Management System (DTMS), Oracle Financials-ERP, HR-Payroll system
etc. which are based on Centralized architecture deployed through Citrix
environment and running over VSAT based hybrid network.

It provides road service as a supplement service to rail services for door to door
service. In addition to providing inland transport by rail for containers, it has also
expanded to cover management of Ports, air cargo complexes and establishing
cold-chain. A primary component of CONCOR's overall business strategy has
been the development of an advanced information system.

 Express Distribution: A JV between GATI and Kintetsu World Express


(Japan). Has a reach of 99.3% covering 667 districts out of 671 districts in
India. Aimed at catering time critical and emergency services. Revenue of
Rs.11 crores.2013-14 witnessed a growth of 21% in business.
 E-commerce/E-tailing: Gati E-connect, the e-Commerce Logistic Solutions
vertical of Gati is India's first integrated e-Commerce logistic solutions
provider. Extensive reach of 672 out of 676 districts in India. Unique to its
service offering Gati E-connect has the Cash on Delivery and Prepaid
facility to more than 5120 direct pin codes and reach to 15,400 remote pin
codes in tier II & III cities.
