“ETHICS”

Philosophy is known as one’s own belief, viewpoint or idea that a certain person
dedicates to his mind. Philosophy is present within each and every one. Some may have not yet
known their own philosophies in life, but some already did. Philosophy has so many branches.
The one branch of philosophy that catches my attention was the ETHICS. Ethics has a lot to do
with the behaviour and values of the people that is why it is the most important branch of
philosophy.

Ethics has something to do with our behaviour, character, traits and moral norms. This
branch of philosophy studies the moral value, right and wrong. As to this generation, there are so
many issues regarding people who violate the ethical norms. When we say ethical, it should
follow the descent and honest ways of showing one’s behaviour. Ethical norms are very popular
issue of today. In relation to the upcoming Presidential Elections, there are so many concerned
citizens that values the ethical norm of those people who are urged to become our country’s
president. And yes, there really is a guy running for Presidency that is criticized by people
because of his unwanted character. He sometimes acts malicious, mean and nasty to the viewers.
One day he was criticized and panned by the countrymen because of his offensive and
unpleasant statement to a serious case which caused him to unpleased many people specially the
women. This issue was dramatically spread in a short period of time because of the effect of
social media.

As Ethics becomes a big part of Philosophy, all I can say is that everyone must follow the
good norms and ethical acts so that we cannot carry ourselves away from the good acts that
people are pleased to observe. Some may not follow this very important branch of philosophy
but I still believe that one day there will be no war and conflicts between people and all of them
will follow what the true essence of ETHICS really mean.
