In order to increase sales, Matt and Grace believe putting their grocery store online would be beneficial.

Based on the article above, explain how project and process relate to each other? (3 marks)
In order for the website to function properly, Matt and Grace need to determine what they want it to
accomplish. In order to build a website that will be able to sell products or provide information, they must
decide if it will have an online store or not. The website's features should also be tailored to the effects
they want. Budget is also an important factor that Matt and Grace will have to consider when developing
a website. It will be helpful for them to plan and thoughtfully consider the needs of the business if they do
all of this beforehand.

You and your team need to prepare a project plan to present to Matt and Grace that includes:
a) The project triple constraints. (3 marks)
