 We want to provide service that can lighten the burden of the customer by just using
the tip of their finger to order food and we deliver the food at their doorstep.
-This system is also flexible in a way, whereby customers are able to place online orders
quickly, with just a ‘click’ comparing to the tradition where orders were taken through
the phone. More time and cost will be saved ordering online as a phone bill is charged
according to the time the phone is on the line.

 To help people save more time by using our food delivery services.
-Nowadays people are faced with a situation in which they do not have time cook or
prepare food. They may be busy in office or elsewhere. However, they still need to
consume food. These services best suit their needs. These services save them from the
hassles of driving all the way to another restaurant and then lining up to obtain their
food. This way, they can focus more on their work.

 In the food industry delivery service has the least competitors in the market.
-If we establish food delivery service company, we could be the key players in the
market. Since our business is the first food delivery service using mobile application in
Kedah.

Maybank on behalf of company. The products provided by Maybank always fulfil human need
and based on current situation. Maybank introduced new services Islamic Banking to make
their customer more trusted with their services. Islamic banking services make customers easy
apply because majority Malaysian are Muslim. Plus, the interest rate of every RM 100,000 only
6.5% among other bank. This interest rate is the lowest rate among all banks.

C) LOCATION
Our business is using our own application to make order and there will be an office to run the
management. Our office is located in the capital city of Kedah which is Alor Setar. Alor Setar
is located in the middle of this state and it is very accessible within every location in Kedah.
Alor Setar also have various choices of famous and delicious restaurants to choose from. The
area covered for our delivery service are Alor Setar, Kepala Batas, Jitra and Changlun.

Our target market are population around the area stated above especially the students in the
colleges and universities around that area such as UUM, UiTM, Politeknik and Institut
Kemahiran Belia. We want to increase our customer’s satisfaction especially students that
facing difficulties to get what they want to eat by delivering the food directly at their doorstep
as easy as ordering them using the tip of their finger.

 Our office is located at Pekan Simpang Kuala where it is The Hub of Alor Setar City.
 It is very versatility and functional purposes in designed.
 It has good connectivity and easy accessibility to public amenities and daily
convenience.
