Meeting called to order, Pledge of Allegiance by Larry Grell, Suprv Agenda Approved Nominated Carl Malott for Trustee, Board approved all yea's Cell Tower contract reviewed and approved, funds will go directly to Park & Rec. Web Site - Discussed, Brian will contact Web Designer to register Host name, Billings.org. Also, will do further research and update Board when available. FEMA- Committee appointed of three members. ga-rrrfy Person, Kris Phillips, and Rose Malott. Public Comments - None Board Comments - Larry Grell discussed the issue of private roads and the need to address issues with parking etc. Meeting Adjourned 4:30. ~
