This is to inform your good office that our facility does not have any water bill in relation to the
requirements appeared in the online application of Discharge Permit.

The AMA Poultry Farm has its own deep- well, suction by a 1 Horsepower Submersible Pump
(220v, single phase motor). Also, the area has no available waterline coming from the district or
commercial water provider.

We are hoping that your good office will understand our statement and situation. Thank you very
