Battery charging alarm.

Failure/Problem

Battery charging alarm show on IECU.

Symptom
When we operated the machine, battery charging alarm show on IECU but charging voltage was 28 volts
show on IECU. Service meter function cannot be operate.
History

None history

Cause & analysis

This problem was possible wire harness disconnected or voltage regular failure or IECU abnormal or service
meter damaged.

Action
We checked the wire harness line from voltage regulator socket to service meter and VECU. They are good.
We checked the voltage regulator output voltage. Voltage regulator cannot produce voltage. So, we
changed the voltage regulator and test the machine, battery charging alarm cannot show and service meter
can be operated.
