academic requirement in Entrepreneurship subject?
Question 1: What is your product? What are the reasons in selecting your product in for
Entrepreneurship?

Philippines is a tropical country we have different seasons and weather so minsan kapag rainy
season one of the struggles of the students is mababasa yong notebook nila at yong mga
handbook nila so we made innovation or an innovation na kapag water proof it could be
beneficial for them na hindi talaga maadaling mabasa yong mga handbook nila.
P5: The product that we innovated during our bazaar in our subject entrep is a phone case
stand that has its own organizer and a case.
Our group chose that product since usually students tend to lose their things especially ang mga
chargers, headset at mga maliliit na bagay like sticky notes. So we innovated that instead of
phone case lang nag add kami organizer para mas secured ang gamit ng mga estudyante or
young professionals at para maiwasan rin yung pagkawala ng mga gamit.
One of the hardest things na na encounter namin kasi is ang pagpili ng product, it is easy to
come up with something new, fresh but the problem is how are we going to make it. Since we
don’t have enough money and we are still students. That’s why after brainstorming for a long
time we’ve finally came up with our product that is not that expensive to build and affordable for
the students or young professionals that wants to buy the products.

Entrepreneurhip subject?
P1: ang experience sa pag himo gid sang product stressful siya kay naga himo kami sang
business plan tas gahimo man kami sang product di kami. Nag enjoy sang senior high school
week and academic week kay amo to ang gina gina asikaso namon. Tapos kailangan mo sa
pag himo sang product kailangan mo sang kwarta. Dapat may kwarta gid.

Experiences during the bazaar ti diba kay academice week senior high school week tapos kami
na section that time kami pagid ang naasign na mag represent sang grade 11 para sa jingle sa
academic week which is kalaban namon ang iban nga college. So that time ga sala kami tanan
kay may ara kami sang ma practice kami kay ga finalize kami sang steppings namon para sa
jingle tas naga prepare kami sang bazaar namonm that time atung CEO namon kay ang apat
lang kami sa isa ka grupo. Ang leader namon nag hibi na siya kay daw ma delay pagid tung
mga ano namon mga products namon kay wala pa bala naka ano haw wala pa sa school. Na
ng gina pa mala pa lang. So that time naga hibi na kami and na stress nagid kami tas kailangan
pa namon mag prepare sang booth namon may decorations pa kami ang mga packaging
namon kailangan pa namon e prepare tas ano lang to siya nag start siya mga 9 na mga 9 tapos
ang jingle namon ala una so una kailangan namon mag prepare sang pinaka nubo nga time as
much as possible para lang maka ano kami ng makahabol. That time pa gani hindi pa namon
na tapos tanan nga evaluator may isa pa ata na nag lakat sa booth namon pero wala na kami
kay ara kami sa gym naga jingle kami.
May iban man nga na namian may iban man nga gina agyan agyan lang tapos may mga tao
nga interested pero may ara sang mga tao gid nga mag mock bala haw nga " ay ibenta niyo
nalang na sang amo ni bala na wala kamo sang ginansiya basta lang mabakal" naga amo sila
sina saamon pero that time ano man thankful man kami kay napa ubos namon tanan ang
product namon baligya.
Fourth day abi siya sang academic week and senior high school week so daw wala na kaayo
may naga balik mingaw mingaw that time sa bazaar pero okay lang man.

Hindi namon na keep track ang costumers pero oo damo may naga sulod. Na kag interested sa
product namon.
Ang akon nga na tun.an is that ng ano mga products na dapat ibaligya mo bal.an mo gid sin.o
ang baligyaan mo. Halimbawa kung forever rose. Kung mga roses or mga pwede pang regalo
ang imo nga ibaligya pwede mo siya e ano ng e market mo siya sa mga millenials grade 11
grade 12 college kag iban nga mga professionals tapos sa ano sa overall isa pa is dapat e
make sure e make use mo gid ang online marketing kay ang online marketing right now is the
most powerful tool para makabaligya ka kay diba sa facebook may market place na so allowed
nagid tanan nga mag baligya kag mag post sang mga products na ipabenta nila.
pero kung may ara ka sang direct competitor siyempre maka apekto gid siya kay siguro isa sa
mga basehan nila is mag compare sila sang prices kag mag compare sila sang quality.

and then may ara pagid kami sato sang presentation tapos perti kami ka stressful kay isa lang
ka kay tatlo man ka evaluators ang ara saamon nga dapat mag evaluate so kay ako man ang
leader ti kay ano man participant man ko sa mag ano sang Senior High School week ay
academic week ti kay ginkwa nila ko so isa lang kabilog nga evaluator ang akon daw
naencounter.
Grabe gd sya ka ano kabudlay ang kinabuhi sato nga time kailangan pa namon tapuson ang
amon papers which is tung apat ka ano nga type of business plan kailangan gid namon sya
tapuson so asta mag aga naghimo kami sa aga tapos naghimo kami sang product sa aga tapos
naghimo kami sang papers namon asta mag aga liwat.
Kailangan lang namon magprovide sang designs namon pero ang ano pagid didto open open
pagid kay perti tapos mainit.
May ara man sang may galibot nga grade 12 and then galakat lang man sila sa booth namon
pero perti gid sya mangita sadto nga time kay nagsabay pagid ang senior high school week
gyapon.
Mag ano ka lang sa market magpost sang mga products sa social media, mga maghimo mag
ano kamo sang flyers amo lang na .

P3: Kay hindi man actually kami gid ang nag himo mismo sang bag kay gin pahimo lang namon
so wala gid man kami difficulty gawa. Yun lng eh paagkatapos ng paghimo nila tapos tong result
nakita na namon so medyo na disappoint lng kami gawa kay wala na sunod ang tama nga
design.
Actually ang product itself nami na siya… kaso lang hindi lng gid siya sang akma gid sa design
namon tung mga dapat. Diba medyo summer ah February valentines so dapat ang design nga
dapat is inspired gani by valentines.. so palapit naman ang summer… daw amo man lng tong
wala gid gawa nasunod.
Hindi ka gid maka sell kay one day man lang kag mga students lang man sato. Tapos ang mga
students may event pa gid sa gym so wala gin kami gawa sang tao nga mag bakal so mostly
ang selling is outside of the bazaar .
Marketing promotional measures andon na eh improve niyo yung branding, ang logo, yun nga
ang promotional measures itself. Dapat ma promote social media, posters, flyers ano pa yung
may mga video ads pa kami don at tyaka tawag niyan recommendations from other people
meron na mga family members.
Ang naga pa unique sang isa ka product is tung adjustable… pero for some people syempre
unique to sa ila so baklon nila to but for some people nga practical so hindi nila to pag baklon
kay anhon nila to kumpara sa eco-bag lang man yun. So medyo naka affect siya gawa. Wala
gid abi namon na touch gid ang amo na nga scope kay syempre limited man ang time namon di
gid namon ma observe. Di namon ma observe gid gawa ang ano ang sales.
As a whole dapat much preparation, dapat napag isipan ng mabuti ang ano niyo ang product
niyo hindi lang kamo basta basta mag himo sang amo ni siya. At tyaka you make sure that your
product is also innovated but not to the extent nga kailangan niyo gid mag mag bukas sang
capital… kay the more innovative the product the more man nga capital ang kailangan mo para
eh ano mo kag make sure nga saleable to siya. Innovative and saleable.
Ang inyo nga product like I said innovative. Small convenient and saleable. Sa product kayo
mag focus the rest will follow.

P4: its actually satisfying kasi you tend to experiment diba kasi when you experiment you
realize things tapos doon mo ma discover yong mga weaknesses and strengths ng product
ninyo while doing that one.
Experiences bazaar it is actually during our senior high school academic week so its actually
very tiring and at the same time pressured kami non kasi we have activities to perform and to
complete then we have to stay in our booth para bantayan siya its challenging but its fun naman
sailoring experience.
Sa actual selling kailangan mo lang talaga maging confident to speak in front of people and to
engage them in your product kasi if we don’t have that confidence mahihirapan talaga to attract
buyers at saka ayon naman yong goal maging saleable yong product.
Actually maraming bumili kunti lang yong na ubos kasi kunti lang naman yong ginawa namin
kasi just for a 2 to 3 days lang actually two days lang ata yon so kunti laang yong ginawa
naming so naubos namaan siya kunti lang mga around two or three lang naiwan na hindi nabili.
Yung ibang buyers naming is yong lola, yong anak or mga kapatid ng mg cousins namin so
meron talaga bumili outside.
Determine naming kung ano yong problem ng students its actually students na nag aral dito gin
find naming ng solution yong problem na kapag mabasa yong notebook diba di na siya
magagamit masusulatan kapag nabasa na yong papel so we made an innovation na kapag
waterproof ng susulataan pa rin nila although it has weaknesses or downside but on the other
hand yon lng namn yong naging target talaga namin is yong magamit siya or kahit mabasa siya
or when you read under the rain magagamit mo pa rin siya so yon yong naging take advantage
namin.
I have learned the entrepreneurial week or the bazaar is really ano cooperation in the group
and patience kasi is really hard kasi how many times kami nag propose ng products pero gina
reject lang kami nga gin reject so dapat maging innovative lang and to think outside the box kasi
mahirap kapag mag stick lng kayo sa product na existent na ngayon so dapat mag isip na kayo
kung ano yong mga needs kasi yon naman yong goal ng mga entrepreneur eh solve your final
solutions sa mga problems so its a learning experience gid overall.
P5: Our experience during the bazaar was extraordinary since it was our first time innovating
our own products and selling them an experience that last for along time and would definitely
help us to become better entrepreneurs someday.
There were a lot of good experiences during and before the bazaar like how are we supposed to
give out flyers or how are we going to advertise the product, what designs are we going to do in

our tent and how to answer the evaluators during the bazaar. Tapos may mga new friends at
learning rin na bago.
Of course there are no perfect groups, just like in relationships there will be times that we will
have misunderstandings, dealing with professional and personal matters and our ideas and
wants wont be one, and we’ll have difficulty in dealing with them since the other wants this and I
want that. The conflict in our time also especially during weekends since I live in Banga and it is
not easy to go to Marbel just to paint something or do something since I also have another
business to do, and one of my groupmate also has her own schedules during those days.
No one really notices our product since it was still unknown to the public but due to the power of
advertising and social media the customers were able to know and visited our booth in our
bazaar.
There were customers outside, in fact we have more customers outside compared inside the
NDMU campus.
Taga KN at St. Al. Actually mas marami talaga nag inquire sa kanila compared from the
students from the school.
We need to make an innovative product lang na mas madali. Actually nakatulong talaga nang
sobra ang bazaar kasi before yung mga mistakes namin alam na namin kung paano I improve
at I handle ngayon may isa nga kami dati na group na na lugi kaya talagang na motivate siya na
dapat hindi na lugi ang company.
Super fun at full of learning kasi nakaexperience kami like actual experience talaga. Exposure is
a big factor para ma boost ang confidence mo as an entrepreneur and sana pag mag bazaar rin
kayo ma enjoy niyo at marami kayong matutunan kasi pag grade 12 kayo maapply niyo mga
pagkukulang niyo at baguhin niyo at gamitin niyo strength niyo pag mag bazaar na kayo yun
lang.
