Which option do you believe will help you reach your life goals, between business and employment?
- Between business and employment, it would be business that will definitely drive you to
success. However, considering the profession that I want, I don’t think these two would
matter to me because I’ll be happy doing my job by serving and helping others.

2. As a young entrepreneur, how will you define Management team?
- As Chief Executive Officers of our own companies, we describe management team as a
group of people who will be in charge of a company's day-to-day operations. A
management team is made up of board members who are picked primarily for their
organizational skills, intellectual strength and practicality, and management abilities.
VALUES INTEGRATED QUESATION:
As an entrepreneur, what product or service you can offer to your community?
- As a student and a young entrepreneur, I think the best service I could offer to my
community- especially in my barangay is the Internet Café that I presented on Transfer
part of Lesson 2. This business service addresses the problem of students like me that is
having a hard time catching up with the lessons because of the poor connection in our
area. As I have mentioned in the last activity, in our present state internet connection is
not granted to all students of Sorsogon City, particularly in our Baranggay- San Juan
Roro, that is why the best solution to this problem is to create a small internet cafe that
can help student catch up with the lessons and avoid being left behind.
TRANSFER:
Being observant is one of the characteristics of an entrepreneur. You must know the needs of your
customers and the feedback of your business based on your observations.

1. Based on your observation from your community and on social media, think of a simple
business you want to make.
2. Think of the name of your business and state your target customers.
3. Make a tagline for your business. (example) "barato,paspas, walay hasul!" -Palawan express
4. List down three reasons why this is the business you chose.
SYNTHESIS:
In your own opinion, what do you think is the best way to gain loyal customers?
- As an entrepreneur it is important to not risk the quality of our product and services
with a low cost ingredients, materials, and skills, because a good quality
product/services is our way to gain the hearts of our customers. It is also important to
take note of your attitude towards your employee and your customers because I believe
that a business wouldn’t be successful if not because of your employees that works hard
for the business operate.
