IV. ESSAY:

1. Choose 2 or 3 entrepreneurial mindset and explain why it's very vital?


- I will choose drive to achieve, seeking feedback, and vision. When you start a business, it is
important to know that it is a journey, there is a path that you must follow. From what I gather,
drive to achieve indicates a person's refusal to give up until he succeeds in his endeavors, based
on what I understand. For instance, if an entrepreneur encounters a problem and he immediately
think that there is no solution to this then all his hard work will simply be put away. To reach
his career goals, he must develop a mindset that thinks about how far he can go and succeed.
Then, seeking feedback is a mindset that an entrepreneur must have. Entrepreneurs can use
feedback to motivate themselves, learn how to improve their business, and work towards their
goals more effectively. Last but not least, is vision. If you don't have a plan or an end goal, then
it will seem meaningless. 

2. As an entrepreneur, why do you need to know your target market or


consumer?
- It is crucial to know your target market or consumers so that you can offer them the right
products and services. Besides the fact that this is an effective and efficient method, you will
not waste your time and effort. For instance, I, a teenager, started my own business, and my
target market is teenagers as well. Due to my knowledge of what my consumers want, I will
have no trouble choosing what products to offer. Also, knowing who your target market is will
allow you to be creative, you will discover new inventions for your consumers. 

3. What are the things you must consider in creating a business or entering
business venture?
- First is a business, either product or idea that is no one has created or offered. Precisely, a
unique business. Then, a business plan, so that you will have something to follow when
you’re creating your business. Next is start up money and the profit you might make, every
business will need to have a money to start. Prioritize your expenses and think about how
much profit you will make. Then, know your competitors and your target audience, if you
know your competitors then you will also know what improvements you will make to your
product or service. You can figure out their marketing strategies, their strength and
weaknesses. If you know your consumers then you will have no trouble of introducing your
product to them.
