Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

500g new potatoes

2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 heaped tbsp chopped chives
1/4 tsp garlic granule
salt and pepper

Methods:
1. Cover the washed potatoes with water in a pan and boil until just cooked.
2. Drain and cool.
3. In a large bowl mix together the mayonnaise, garlic granules and chives.
4. Toss the potatoes into the mixture and add salt and pepper to taste.
