Tab S8 series Bundle Offer

1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”) introduces an offer (“Offer”) on Tab S8 series
(“Device”), wherein a customer will be eligible to get the Keyboard cover at 50% off on Market
Operating Price (“MoP”). Customer will be eligible to get Keyboard Cover at 50% off on MoP
will be available from 01st May 2022 till June 30th 2022 (“Offer Period”).
2. A customer can purchase the Device both Online and Offline (both LTE & Wi-fi model). The
online booking can be done on Samsung Shop i.e. https://samsung.com/in, Amazon, Flipkart,
Paytm, TataCliq and Snapdeal (hereinafter referred to as “Online Outlet/Online portal”),
whereas the offline booking can be done at the select Samsung stores (hereinafter referred
to as “Offline Outlet”). Customers are advised to check the Offer availability before purchasing
the Device at the Outlet.
3. Purchasing Device on Samsung Shop or Any E-Commerce Portal(s) (Online Outlets):
i. If a customer is purchasing the Device on Online Outlet, they will have to make a full
payment of the amount as declared on the respective Online Outlet during the Offer
Period.
ii. The price of the Device as listed on the Online Outlets shall be inclusive of all taxes.
iii. While purchasing, customer will have to fill in the required details as mentioned on the
respective portals such as name, mobile number, email id, model number and color of the
Device, failing which the booking will be incomplete.
iv. If a customer purchases the Device from Online outlet/Portal as mentioned above, they
will have to follow the redemption process for Keyboard Cover as mentioned in Clause 6
below.
v. Deliveries would depend upon the geographical location and the lockdown conditions if
any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s) delivery region, where
the Device has to be delivered.
vi. Customer(s) will be required to activate the Device between 01st May, 2022 to 30th June,
2022 and register on the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Play
Store) on or before July 15th, 2022 in order to avail the offers.
vii. Redemption of the Keyboard Cover can be done at Samsung Shop App from 04th May, 2022
to July 15th, 2022.
viii. In case a customer does not comply with the above mentioned timelines, they will not be
eligible for the Offer and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or its
authorized partners in this regard.
ix. The shipping of the Device and Keyboard Cover will be subject to availability of stocks in
the specified color.
4. In case of purchasing through Online Outlets, Samsung will not be responsible or liable in case
of below listed scenarios including for supply of the Device as the same is being sold by
respective sellers listed on the E-commerce Portal:
i. Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details;
ii. Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions
beyond its reasonable control;
iii. Any late transmissions or entries;
iv. Any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures;
v. Any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Device.
vi. Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or for any other reason beyond its control.
vii. Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other force
majeure circumstances.
5. Purchasing Device from Offline Outlets:
i. If a customer purchases the Device from select Offline Outlet(s), they will have to make
the full payment at the time of making the purchase.
ii. Customer can avail to redeem the Offer (Refer pt. 6 for process) within the stipulated
timelines, failing which the Offer shall stand expired and no claims shall be entertained in
this regard.
6. Redemption process for Tab S8 series Keyboard Cover:
Once the customer purchases/receives and activates the Device you will have to follow the
process for redeeming the benefits:
i. Redemption of the Offer will start from May 04th, 2022 on Samsung Shop.
ii. Device should be activated and fresh enrolment/sign in to the Samsung Shop App (to be
downloaded from the Google Play Store) must be completed by, July 15th, 2022 failing
which customer(s) will not be eligible for the Offer.
iii. Open Samsung Shop & Visit “For You” Tab to check eligibility. Click on Offer redemption
banner.
iv. Enter manually the IMEI/Serial number of the tablet mentioned in the settings>>about tab
section.
v. Once the IMEI/Serial no. is verified, Samsung Shop App will show list of available offers.
Please select the relevant Offer and add to cart. vi. Redemption of Tab S8 series Keyboard
Cover at customer discretion can be done only once for every phone number on or before
July 15th, 2022.
vi. The shipping of the Tab S8 series Keyboard cover will commence within 30 (thirty) days
from the day of placing order for the same at Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store).
Delivery will take place depending upon customer(s) geographical location and the
lockdown conditions if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s)
delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered.
7. The Keyboard Cover shall be on As Is basis and will be delivered subject to the stock
availability.
8. By availing the Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to
contact them through call, SMS or email on the details provided by them for the purpose of
this Offer or for any future communications from Samsung or its authorized partners.
9. The Keyboard Cover images, features, specifications shown here are for representational
purposes only, the actual Keyboard Cover may vary. Offer available till stocks lasts.
10. Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw Offer or change any
of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
11. The choice as to the color, make & model of the gift(s) shall be completely at Samsung’s
discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
12. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi.
