choose the “First Time Login?”to
register

● Enter the registered email address or

registered mobile number with ACE

**if not sure which email address or mobile
number, you may contact ACE Admin Staff

● After system done verify the registered

email address/mobile number, user will
need to enter NEW PASSWORD (at
least 6-digit)

● After done all the procedure of

registration, system will be returning to
the Login Page.
Login with the email address/mobile
number as username, and key in the
password which just registered.
Click “Login”to begin.

● After login, dashboard (as shown in

picture) will display. User may select
which function to use.

Function 1 : Upcoming Lessons

● Upcoming Lesson is to display the

lessons of the day and upcoming
lesson up to a month of Student’s
which linked to this account
Function 2 : Calendar

● Calendar will show the lesson which

linked to the student(s) and also
upcoming holiday(s) which can remind
when is the class and also holiday
● Orange Color represents lesson(s)
● Blue Color represents date of the day
● Yellow Color represents holiday

Function 3 : Student Progress

● Student Progress will be uploaded by

respective lesson teacher to update
parent(s)/guardian(s) of the progress of
the student.
When teacher uploaded student’s
progress, there will be notification pop -
out in the notification panel.
Function 4 : Attendance

● Student’s attendance will be shown in

this panel, user can check their own or
their kid attendance in this function.
Function 5 : Invoice

● Invoice will be shown once the invoice

is ready, and system will notified
parent(s)/guardian(s).
User able to make payment and
download invoice thru here.
Function 5 : Invoice (Make Payment)

● User can select the invoice which wish

to make payment, click the invoice and
will direct to Payment Page.

● Select “Pay Now” will direct to payment

page. Choose the bank which user wish
to make payment with, and click “PAY”.

● Follow the payment steps to make

payment.

● Once payment success, it will show

user success payment page. And the
invoice will be appeared in “Paid” Tab.

Function 6 : Receipt

● If wish to view receipt which payment

done, user may select “Receipt” to view
or download the receipt.

● Notices will be pop -out in notification

panel once admin or teacher post
notice/announcement.

● User may click into

notice/announcement to show the
details.
