I. Executive Summary

Rommel Bucket Wings is a business proposal to provide a new restaurant in Mandaluyong that
sells flavored chicken wings. Rommel Bucket Wings is a locally owned fast food outlet that will be
located in Techno St. Rommel Bucket Wings will provide a combination of excellent food at value
pricing with creative artwork design and atmosphere. The value of bringing a new experience to a
Filipino food which is Unli Chicken Wings & Fries saturated market will provide a niche entry that
can spread quickly through the city and dominate market share by market growth. The Rommel
Bucket Wings produced more flavored chicken wings so the customer will have more choices.

By the end of May, Rommel Bucket Wings chicken consumption is predicted to reach 1 million
metric tons. Rommel Bucket Wings after a year is expected to increase the number of customers
probably because unli wings are highly demanded in this year and customers are also craving to eat all
you can theme in the fast food restaurant. The target market of Rommel Bucket Wings are those who
are addicted to chicken wings most likely teenagers.

The long term objective is to grow the company with a standard structure that can be adapted as a
franchise. The potential repeat for sales will continue to be lucrative with repeat customers of our
quality and consistency remain adequate. In Mandaluyong City there are more than 20 stores that sell
unli wings but the Rommel Bucket Wings has unli fries and more flavored chicken than other stores.
The management team made the environment livelier and made it more unique so the customers will
have a good experience in the environment. Profitability within 2 years is possible as the product cost
is low and the chicken niche is extremely profitable. The first year projected sales is (₱700, 00) and
product sales are projected to be 25,000 sets of wings. Rommel Bucket Wings will be open 7 days a
week not including holidays. 338 days per year.

The startup capital requirement is (₱900, 00), if there are any deviations from the contingency
plan, the store will modify and then continue to follow the original plan. If the store is able to harvest
enough financials, it will invest back into the store for expansion purposes, while reducing investor’s
shares.

Product/ Service Our store sells chicken wings and a variety of common drinks (e.g.,
Idea soft drinks, iced tea). Our products come in different promos with
different sets of flavors.

Special Benefits Our store gives credits to those who frequently come back to our
store. If the customer meets the special conditions of our store, we
will give freebies to our loyal customers like mugs, t-shirts, and
towels.

Unique Features Our chicken has different flavors that have been inspired by
different countries. To make our product unique and taste unique.

Limits and Liabilities Our store will impose rules and laws inside the store that protect
the staff and management. For example, if there is a leftover, the
customer will pay the excess. Also, those who take home the
chicken under the service of unlimited wings may face a ban.

basis are given credits. We will give freebies to our loyal customers such as mugs, t-shirts, and towels
if the consumer meets the specific conditions of our store. Our chicken comes in a variety of flavors
inspired by various cultures. To make our product and its flavor stand out. Our store will establish
rules and regulations to protect our employees and management. If there is a surplus, for example, the
customer will pay the difference.
Those who take the chicken home with unlimited wings may also be subject to a ban. To ensure
that our chicken is as fresh as possible, it will be cooked in the store on the same day that the order is
placed. Our store ensures that taxes are paid on time and that the staff and customers have a clean
environment.

As our store is located in Manila, many stores are competing to sell their products in our
geographic position. We compete against the fast food chains, street food vendors, and other various
products.
Our store that sells chicken wings and has a promo of unlimited wings has gained greater
popularity as of today. Many groups of people, like students, workers, and other gathered people,
choose unlimited chicken as part of their bonding time.
In terms of customers, the geographic place was filled with busy people shopping. Our store is
standing along with other fast food chains, so in terms of customers, we are heavily in a competitive
state because of the different products that the different stores have to offer.

Chicken wings will have ten different flavors with one new limited time flavor available each month that is used for
promotional and marketing purposes.

Our main course will consist of crispy buffalo and flavored Chicken wings in set serving sizes. The side dishes will
consists of vegetables such as celery and carrot, fresh cut fries, chip style fries and homemade onion rings.

Chicken Wings restaurant must be viewed as a restaurant that people can trust and that will stay affordable and
within walking distance of a metro station. Some of the surrounding structures will also be hotels.

The Restaurant layout is the projection idea of the first Chicken Wings restaurant.

Production

Internal and external concepts will be implemented in the business processes of Chicken Wings. Services will be
fully outsourced, and distribution will have both a third-party provider and their own delivery person to support
direct telephone calls from customers. Products such as chicken wings will be shipped directly to the business
owner, assisting with inventory delegation.
Employees will follow a process to ensure that all utensils and basic supplies are available before the restaurant
opens.

We wish to simplify administrative processes and encourage and establish a corporate culture that values
cooperation above individual output to boost efficiency in our Chicken Wings. By completing the above, we will
optimize.

Operation

Customers will have access to the internet and a phone number to call to reserve seating or for delivery, and there
will be G-cash or cash services available. Accounting and most of the delivery will be outsourced, and material and
inventory management services will be established to supply out inventories.

Suppliers

Wings will choose suppliers based on the quality and consistency of their products. Wings will also examine
facilities or processing plants to guarantee that product health and safety is established and maintained.

Inventory Management
Kitchen equipment, such as deep fryers, is one of the things that must be obtained. Freezers, as well as front-end
restaurant equipment including Gcash transactions, tables, baskets, and plates.

Quality Control
Salmonella, listeria, Staphylococcus, streptococcus, and, most significantly, listeria monocytogene must all be
tested on chicken. The meat packaging firm will inspect the quality of our chicken before it leaves the

sake of employees.

It is illegal now for businesses to dismiss the employees for joining trade unions or for expecting a baby unless you
