Hello, my name is

I made this video to fulfill my final assignment for

speaking class

I will tell you about the food I bought yesterday and here
I will tell you the reason why I like it
The food I bought yesterday was seblak
Seblak is the only food that makes me addicted. This
typical Bandung culinary is also favored by Indonesian
people from various regions.
Making it yourself at home is very easy. This food has a
savory and spicy taste made of : crackers, chicken, eggs,
vegetables, sausages, claws, and other complements.
This savory and spicy comes from spices made from
galangal, shallots, garlic, salt, chili, and flavorings.

The crackers used are special thick crackers, not the thin
ones like crackers that are usually fried.
The way to make it is fairly easy, just soak the crackers in
hot water, then let it expand and drain. After that ,all the
spices such as galangal and onions are mashed, then
saute the spices until fragrant. Then enter the crackers,
and add the beaten eggs to make scrambled eggs.
Usually, many people add red chili sauce to make the
seblak taste more spicy.

Many also add the remaining chicken bones, so that the

seblak gravy tastes more delicious
Actually there are various variants of seblak, there are
dry seblak and wet seblak

This food is liked by many women but rarely men like it

I don't know why but when I read on my twitter timeline,
many men feel disgusted maybe because of its mushy
texture, and not a few say that it tastes weird. OMG this
good taste is said to be weird. But yes, because people's
tongues are different and maybe it just happens that it
doesn't match theirs.

As seblak fan, I've tried almost all seblak in my area.

Yesterday I bought it at a new Seblak stall near my house
which my friend said the seller was originally from
Bandung.
Finally, I tried ordering seblak which is a complete
variant, medium spicy because I don't really like spicy.
There are two kinds of noodles used by these traders,
namely wide noodles commonly known as kwetiaw
noodles and ordinary noodles. and I choose ordinary
noodles
There are also many choices of additional toppings,
including yellow crackers, meatballs, macaroni, gravel,
kwetiaw, noodles, ear mushrooms, corned beef, sausage,
dumplings, batagor, chicken wings, and claws.
At that time, the line was very long for about 2 hours
because it was really crowded, it made me even more
curious about how good it tasted
After tired of waiting finally my order is ready!!

(I'll show you the video) this is how it looks

At first I was confused, how come the taste is different

from the usual seblak, I thought for a long time, it turns
out that what makes the difference is that in this seblak it
is given additional lime leaves which are usually without
lime leaves.
Only this time I find seblak by lime leaves, but it was not
bad. I like this one.
The gravy is also thick and plentiful.
And what I like is that the place is clean.
And also the seller is friendly because usually good food
stalls if the seller is not friendly, the buyer will give up
and don't want to buy again.
So maybe next time I will buy more seblak at this stall to
try other variants
because in this Seblak stall, there are many anti-
mainstream variants that are worth a try.
but sadly this shop does not have definite opening hours
because the seller often goes back and forth to bandung.

Maybe that's it, a story about the food I bought

yesterday and the reason I like it.
thank you
