During the COVID19 Pandemic, it posed many challenges for students and teachers in the

implementation of Basic Education in both elementary and secondary level. There is wide problem in
disseminating information among our parents and learners. Preparation of different multimedia learning
materials has been introduced to all teachers to cater the learner who have a problem in coping up in their
lesson, but most the teachers have a problem in preparing different multimedia resources. Lack of basic
knowledge in the preparing and creating multimedia materials is the main problem.
Multimedia is an interactive media and provides multiple ways to represent information to the user in a
powerful manner. It provides an interaction between users and digital information. It is a medium of
communication. Some of the sectors where multimedia is used extensively are education, training,
reference material, business presentations, advertising and documentaries.
