    fet Bw celled Republic of toe Philippines R YON 2 1 an, Department of Education asa a REGION III-CENTRAL LUZON _ SCHOOLS DIVISION OF ZAMBALES June 20, 2022 SCHOOLS DIVISION MEMORANDUM No. I), s. 2022 ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOLS DIVISION POSTTEST FOR SY 2021-2022 To: Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads All Others Concerned 1, Relative to Division’s efforts to ensure learning amidst pandemic, the Schools Division of Zambales through the Curriculum Implementation Division will conduct posttest in all learning areas on June 21-30,2022. 2. The examinees of this paper-pen posttest are all Grades 1-10 learners of identified elementary and secondary public schools in the division who are currently under face- to-face classes. 3. Teachers of each of the participating face-to-face classes are required to orient/inform the learners as well as their parent/guardian that this posttest is non-graded and will not affect their academic performance. 4. The posttest materials can be access via https://bit.ly/Zambales Posttest. Only the School Heads and their designated School Testing Coordinators shall be given access and can download the materials for printing and reproduction. 5. School heads and teachers are held accountable in upholding the reliability, validity and confidentiality of the test materials and the results. Any report arising from the improper utilization of these materials and manipulation of results shall be dealt with accordingly. 6. Learners will use and reflect their answers directly in the given posttest material / paper. No need for a separate answer sheet. 7. Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs)_and Coordinating Principals (CPs} with their respective District Learning Area Coordinators (DLACs} will lead and monitor the conduct of the activity. 8. School heads shall submit the school consolidated report to the district office while Public Schools District Supervisors shall submit district consolidated report to SDO on or before July 1, 2022. School heads are also required to prepare Activity Completion Report on this activity. 9.
