ASSERT CL UNION DIVISION-WIDE CAMPAIGN FORUM

1. In line with Regional Memorandum No. 549, s. 2023, re: Conduct of Run-Off Election
among the Rank-and-File Teaching Personnel of the Department of Education Region III, this
Office informs all concerned that the ASSERT CL UNION will be holding a Division-wide
Campaign Forum to be conducted on November 10, 2023, Friday, from 2:00 pm to
5:00 pm at the Covered Court of Olongapo City Elementary School (OCES).

2. Participation of teachers in the said activity is voluntary, provided that compliance

with the provisions stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005, re: Instituting Measures to
Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith be ensured.

3. Immediate dissemination of this Advisory is desired.

This refers to the email received by this Office on October 19, 2023, regarding a request
for the conduct of the ASSERT CL Union Division-wide Campaign Forum in the Schools
Division of Olongapo City. Please be informed that this Office shall be willing to
accommodate the request on the tenth (10th) of November 2023, Friday, from 2:00 pm
to 5:00 pm at the Covered Court of Olongapo City Elementary School (OCES). But
please be guided that the participation of the Rank-and-File Teaching Personnel in this
activity is voluntary.
