Your first steps as a PartnerConnect partner

In order to gain access to PartnerConnect online


services, your first step is to go to Software AG
Empower, the global support portal, and create 1
an account for yourself.

1. Go to https://empower.softwareag.com

2. Click on “Request an Account”
3. Fill in the form and select “Basic Empower
Account” in the “Desired Access Level field” 3

at their own convenience by following the detailed
instructions after enrolling to a certification course on

• In 2021 usage of the ProctorU service is covered by Software
AG PartnerConnect and comes at no cost for the partner

Opportunity Description

1. Fill out all required fields* & attach any documentation or add notes at the bottom of the form
2. Select “Submit”

Once you select Submit at the bottom of the page, the lead will be reflected in your Opportunity Dashboard.
You may alter certain fields even after the lead is submitted.
After submission, a Software AG Partner’s representative will reach out for any further qualification of the lead.
