“Client Representative” means any person, including but not limited to, a director, officer, employee, consultant or agent thereof, who is in a position within a

“Government official” means any director, officer or employee of any department, agency, instrumentality or entity controlled by the government (eg: national oil
company); or any third party (agents, business partners or consultants) that works for the Government Official; or any employee of any political party or any
candidate of public office; or any director, officer or employee of any public international organization (eg: World Bank);
“Relative” means any person related to a Government Official or Client Representative by blood or marriage (e.g. mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son,
grandparent, sibling, niece, nephew, aunt, uncle or first cousin or any spouse or partner thereof) or any other individual who shares, or has shared, the same
household with a Government Official or Client Representative; an individual who is personally recommended for hire by a Government Official or a Client
Representative (a referral) shall be deemed a Relative for the purpose of this Guideline.
“Dependent” means any person who has relied or relies on a Client Representative or Government Official for any amount
of financial support.
