Let me first offer my congratulations to the class 2020-2021.

Being here with you to celebrate via virtual is honestly one of the
high points in my life. I never have guessed at my own
graduation 17 years ago that I would have the privilege of talking
with the graduating class on this momentous occasion.
This year’s theme, “Strengthening the quality of education amid
Covid 19 pandemic” it’s really unfortunate that the circumstances
prevent us from celebrating your graduation as we normally
would, nevertheless I would like to thank the San Antonio
Elementary School headed by Mrs. Marcela Cordova for giving
me the honor of being this year’s inspirational speaker..
Because of covid-19 virus we are force to face a far terrifying
pandemic in history. Unseen, unfelt and highly transmissible,
this virus caused us to follow strict protocol such us, social
distancing and prohibiting conduct of mass gathering, As I
contemplate in the fast days amidst covid 19 pandemic, I thought
not to only congratulate you graduates, for your determination,
forbearance and creativity. I must also recognized, the
incomparable sacrifices your parent have done , and the
painstaking effort and commitment of your teacher, that have
mold you into the young individual you are now. They are the
wind beneath your wings, without them learning and
development will not prosper. You matter and they too especially
in this trying times. So Graduates, parents and teachers Mabuhay
kayong lahat!!!
Graduates gusto kong ibahagi sa inyo ang limang bagay na
mahalaga para matupad ang iyong mga pangarap at iisa isahin
ko.
Una: Be specific
Kung mangangarap kayo, gawin ninyong detalyado ang
pangarap niyo. Hindi yung parang nag drawing kayo sa tubig.
Walang nabubuo. Ibig sabihin, kung gusto mong maging doctor,
linawin mo, doctor ba ng tao o doctor ng hayop? The more
specific and detailed your goal, the easier it will be for you to
imagine and you will be more excited and passionate to turn it to
reality.
Pangalawa: Dapat may Target
Naaalala ba ninyo pag pinapagawa kayo ng teacher niyo na
ng isang proyekto na kailangan niyong tapusin sa takdang
panahon , ganoon ang pangarap dapat my deadline kapag
walang deadline you are not likely to achieve your objectives.
Pangatlo: ang pangarap hindi tinititigan, inaaksyunan!
Ang pangarap kailangan achievable o dapat kayang abutin.
Don’t set up yourself to fail by creating goals that extremely
hard, na kahit anung gawin mo ay nahihirapan kang abutin ito.
Aim for something hard to do but possibly to accomplish as long
as you put some effort into it.
Pang-apat:’ huwag mag shortcut
Ibig sabihin hindi dapat kayo mag madali, reaching your
goal is step by step, walang fast forward , wala ding shifting at
lalong walang side step. Hindi pwedeng magpalit agad ng gusto
kung di pa tapos ang una. Focus on what you really want.
Pang Lima: ang pinakamahalaga: ang pangarap hindi mpansarili
lang.
Aanhin mo ang katuparan ng iyong pangarap kung wala ka
naming kasamang mag eenjoy sa lahat ng pinaghirapan mo?
Hindi sapat na nagging honor pupil ka ngayon tapos sasab ihin
mo “para to kay mama at papa” tapos kinabukasan mag aasawa
ka? Hindi dapat matapos dun ang pasasalamat sa kanila.
 Patuloy kayong mangarap, at siguraduhin na kasama ang
buong pamilya.
Kaya mga graduates, gusto ko kayong bigyan ng
pagkakataon ngayon na mapasalamatan ang inyong mga
magulang. Pwede bang ihug niyo sila bilang tanda nang iyong
pasasalamat.
Uulitin ko ang pangarap dapat specific, may target, inaaksyunan,
hindi shinoshortcut at hindi pansarili lang!
Focus on the thing you want to accomplish and not on what you
think you can’t do. Always think positive. Think success amidst
this covid 19 pandemic.
Without any action all the strategies that I have shared will not
work on you.try to do something starting today, simula ngayon,
to bring you step closer to your dreams.
There will be times when it seems that the whole world is against
you and nothing seems to be going right. Don’t give up. Don’t
allow little failure to hold you back. If you fall, pick yourself up
and continue. Keep going.
