1. The industry is food, especiallin in rice boxes. The business concept is box to go which
can be ordered through platforms such as gofood, shopee food, and grab food.

2. Market and customers in this business are workers, students, and various communities.
In this stage also identifies the products and services provided, customers, competitors,
