Some people believe that it is a good idea that older people continue to work
if it is possible for them to do. Do you agree or disagree?

There are some arguments that the older should be continuedcontinue to work if
they are possible capable to doof doing their job. In my point of view, I agree a part with
this idea because it own sides. What i mean is, Ffor a minority of older people, they
should be encouraged to continue working. For the rest, however, their later life should
be spent fulfilling their pursuits. The paragraph below will describe my clue more clear.
On the one hand, Permission permitting senior people to continue to work is
extremely not good. In this contemporary society, most of the jobs require familiarity
with technology. It is such a problem that the majority of grandparents seem to be the
technophobe, they are not a tech-savy. So Therefore, without technology, it would be a
challenge for older people to apply for these positions in which computer skills are
needed. In fact, with for elders who have their own family, their time should be spent for
their offsprings. Having activities with their families Those family outing should be the
way they can get relaxingrelaxation could be achieved. Moreover, their the timelater life
of the retirees should be spent to pursuitpursuing their pastimes such as crafting, knitting.
From that, they can express themselves artistically and gain a sense of satisfaction rather
than work saticfaction.
On the other hand, But let older people keep working as they want can be an
appropriare decisionmany would actually find work satisfaction even when they pass the
retirement age. This is the case when their mental and physical health have not begun to
deteriorate. Firstly, contrary to common beliefs, the percentage of lost memory can be
reduced as people age. some experts announece that if ages people continue to work a
job, they can reduce the percentage of lost memory by the time. They Their minds are
definietely be more much stronger mentally healthier than those who are out of
employmentnot. Secondly, for those who does not have family, job is the resources for
them to find earn the money because they do not have children to be financially
dependent onare not dependent on their child. Thirdly, those whose mental and physical
health have not begun to deteriorate can still find saticfaction in work. Some times in a
lonely period, maybe working is the only things that can make them feel a happy and
meaningful life.

It is not true and wrongstill up to debate whenther the authoritywe should let older
people continue working, but I strongly believe that the exceptional few elderly citizens
who can still work should not be prevented from doing so. itn depends on how they feel
andh their condition of life (life conditions).
