PREREQUISITES AT SITE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION/ COMMISSIONING OF PLANT (MANDATORY)

For smooth & fast installation/commissioning of plant following instructions should

be adopted.

A) Foundation of Plant along with Partition should be ready as per our drawing.

B) 15 Ton capacity crane of 12 mt. boom lengths (Total 2 Nos) erection of plant & its parts is
required at site.

H) PIPING & ACCESSORIES FOR WATER & AIR:

Internal piping & accessories are provided with plant. Necessary piping from underground
water Tank to plant will be provided by customer as per the distance of underground tank from
the plant.

I) WATER RESERVOIR:
Water storage of minimum 1, 00,000 lit. Capacity should be prepared (underground masonry)
at suitable distance (Opposite to cement storage) from plant.

J) OPERATORS:

One skilled operator for operating the plant from the cabin is required.
Two helpers & one mechanic is required for routine checkup & service of the plant.
Our service eng. team will train all the operators during the erection & commissioning.

K) GAS CUTTING SET & WELDING M/C.

One Gas cutting set & Welding machine is required for erection .

L) ENGINEER ACOMMODATION
