Individual and group learners' critical literacy and/or critical numeracy abilities are improved by through adjusting teaching and learning process. I also included minutes of focus group discussion (FGD)/minutes of mentoring and vouching session with teachers under my supervision that shows that I evaluated their teaching strategies.
