 Condition of Warranty

For ZBL product, Beijing ZBL company provides a warranty of three years from the date of purchase for
the host only (excluding consumables like batteries, sensors, signal lines, etc.). The manufacturers are
responsible for the warranty of those outsourcing parts like panel computers and mobile phones.

Warranty claims can only made by submission of a valid Warranty Card which has been complete with
Date of Purchase and Invoice.

Our company will provide maintain service free in warranty period based on analysis report provided by
ZBL technician. But the free of cost is not including transport costs.

Claims under warranty are null and void if the detect has been caused by improper handling and if the
ZBL product has been serviced by unauthorized persons or workshops and if the product has been
damaged because of natural disaster (earthquake, typhoon etc.)
