• Sign up or sign in on the app.
• Click on your profile picture on the top left of the screen.
• Click on ‘Contact Details’ under Account.
• Update your work email ID and verify with an OTP.
• Validate your Subscription by accessing Active Packs & subscription under
Accounts section!

What cultpass ELITE benefits would I enjoy?
• You get to enjoy services from these three platforms:
• cult Centers: Book a Center of your choice at your preferred time.
Check-in and enjoy your work-out.
• cult/ 3P Gyms: Visit any cult Centers or 3rd Party gyms, check-in from
your phone, and start working out.

How do I book a cult Center class?

• Booking a class is super easy! You can book it from the cult.fit app or
website. Here’s how:

• Log into the cult.fit app or website

From the Home tab, tap on Book cult Class
Pick a center
Pick a date
• Pick your preferred format & time slot
• Please do reach the center 15 mins before class starts.

• For your first few classes, we recommend that you take it easy and

How can I book cult/ 3P gym class ?

• No pre-booking needed

• Walk-in to any gym

• Login to cult app

• Click on the ‘Gym’ section under ‘cult’ tab

• Scan the unique QR code

• Book time slot before visiting cultpass gyms, or visit the

gym and check-in directly
• Please do reach the center 15 mins
before class starts.
How do I activate my profile on
the fitternity app to access OnePass?

• Download the Fitternity App (for Android & for IOS )

• Enter your phone number and verify with the OTP

• Once you login, go to Accounts i.e, last icon on the screen

• Review the Profile section

• OnePass will be active

• Voila! You can now start booking your session on Fitternity!

What to expect in the first class?

Troubleshooting Employee Paid Offerings
• Do I need to pay for Fitness Center ?
Yes, access to Fitness Centres is voluntary for employees, and
the payment will be adjusted against the payroll.

• If Yes what is the tie up for Fitness Center?

The Fitness Centre Access program costs are as below:
3M subscription : Rs. 5000
12M subscription : Rs. 10000
This will give the user access to Fitternity OnePass Platinum &
cultpass Elite for the respective durations.

• I'm moving to a different city. Can I transfer my cultpass ELITE

to that city?
Transfer of Elite membership is supported once free of cost.
Subsequent requests for transfers are charged.
• I travel frequently between cities. Can I use cult centers in a different city?
You will need to transfer your membership before using the cult centre in a
different city. In such scenarios, we recommend using the OnePass network
as it is location agnostic.

• Will I be able to pause my membership?

Yes

• For how many days can I pause my cultpass ELITE?

For 12 months -90 days

• Can I transfer my cultpass ELITE multiple times?

Yes, this will be charged though

• Can I enroll my dependents? If yes, how many and at what price?

Yes, you can enroll up to 2 dependents at the same discounted price as is
applicable for you.

• In case of a lockdown, what happens to my membership?

In case of an official lockdown announced by the Government, your
membership will get extended by the same amount of duration.

• What if I have an existing membership with cult.fit?

If you are using the same phone number for both your personal and
Corporate memberships, your Corporate membership will start from the
day your personal membership expires.
• What happens if I leave the organization?
Cult membership portability available after exits/ retirement.

• Do I have to pay for my dependents separately or is it a part of the

package?
The current pack price is applicable on enrollment of one member. Similar
price packs would be applicable in addition to dependents/ family members

• Invoice will not be generated for cultpass ELITE and an acnkowledgement

email will be sent from cult.fit team.

7. Voila! Your subscription is ready to get you fitter.
