A career experience can be an incredibly enriching experience. You can grow
toward a desired role or focus on skills and competencies you’d like to improve.
Before submitting for an experience you’ll want to make sure you are eligible. Let’s
look at those requirements.

Eligibility Requirements
When deciding if you’re ready to submit to participate in an experience, check the following requirements:

• Currently employed with full-time status


• Both full-time and part-time United States employees are eligible
• Part-time employees will need to work full-time hours
• Non-exempt employee
• Employed at least one year with the company
• Six months in current position
Additionally you will want to consider the the below criteria.

• You’re not currently on a Coaching plan


• You haven't recently received a Misconduct Warning

If you have pre-approved, extended vacation, scheduled during the time of the experience, it would be best to
rethink the timing of the participation

What to Prepare
After con rming that you meet the eligibility requirements you’ll want to be prepared for the
submission. Below are some areas you’ll want to focus on to showcase yourself as best you can.

• Complete your Pro le.


• You can access this on the experience website (www.companyaddress.com) and clicking on
Pro le.
• Fill out as many sections as you feel comfortable. The more complete the pro le the more
help you will be providing the recruiter.
• Update your resume.
• There are great resources to assist you with questions around resume writing or interviewing
in general. You can access those through the Company website
(www.companyaddress.com).

Selection Process
You’ve polished your resume and completed your pro le on the Company website. What does the journey look like at this point? Below you can follow
the steps you’ll take from applying to selection.

1. Apply to a Pathway. On the Company Experience website you can apply to a


pathway (www.companyaddress.com). A pathway is a grouping of similar experiences
with multiple organizations and teams. This allows you to submit to a general interest
area and be considered for several different positions.

the steps you’ll take from applying to selection.

2. After you apply, you will receive an email from the recruiting team
to complete a Self Assessment. 
• Take your time.
• Best chance to promote yourself.
• Double check your eligibility
• Include all relevant information.
• Think about what you want the recruiters to know about you

3. As recruiters source candidates for speci c experiences, they’ll reach out to connect
and learn more about your talents and experiences. Recruiters are reviewing hundreds
of applications, and our process is quite competitive. Therefore, not every application
will be selected for a follow up or an interview. This is why it is critical you put your best
foot forward with your resume & self Assessment.

4. Recruiters will then set up interviews for quali ed candidates with experience hosts.
The hosts will conduct the nal interviews and select which candidate they would like
to move forward with. If you’re not selected by a host, the recruiters will keep you in
consideration for other available experiences. The recruiters will continuously re-
evaluate the pathways to match candidates with experiences until all experiences have
been lled.

6. If you moved forward to an interview with one of our hosting teams, you’ll receive
feedback on that interview. Should you not hear from a recruiter or if you reach the end
of the recruitment period and not be selected for an experience this cycle, don’t get
discouraged! Review the resources and pathways, continue to hone your resume, and
work with your manager to continue strengthening your candidacy for future cycles -
remember, the experience program happens multiple times a year!
