Conclusion:
Based on the result of the survey for elementary teachers, we therefore conclude that most of the teachers now are
using technology in their teaching as it is the demand in the new trend of teaching. But of course, most teachers
know the policies that guide in the use of ICT. This will help the teachers and learners to have limitation in the use of
ICT in the teaching learning set-up. And we cannot deny the fact that teachers are also still using the non digital
learning resources. This is to show the technique of integration in the use of traditional method and the use of ICT
because there is no best technique, method and strategy. They are only best when they answer the needs and
interests of the learners. But as what we said, ICT is within the system of education, therefore, most teachers need
to develop digital resources for more learning of the learners and most of them used technology tools like computer,
laptop, television, cellphone, sound system and others for classroom activities. And most teachers now are expert in
the use of technology tools and have facilities in their teaching-learning set-up. And of course as teachers, they are
aware of the ethical and legal responsibilities in the use of ICT. Most learners enhanced their learning when
teachers used technology and technology tools in their teaching. And common to teachers that they are also
enjoying in their teaching when they are using technology because it will help them a lot to lessen their work.
