In this digital era, ICT use in the classroom is important for giving students opportunities to learn
and apply the required 21st century skills. Hence studying the issues and challenges related to
ICT use in teaching and learning can assist student-teachers in overcoming the obstacles and
become successful technology users.

In this regard, the student-teachers of Maryhill College will conduct a survey on the use of ICT
in teaching and learning as part of their requirement in the course Technology for Teaching
and Learning I. The main purpose of this survey is to analyze teachers’ integration of
technology and perceptions of the challenges faced in using ICT tools in classrooms.

Rest assured that your responses will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will just be used
in classroom purposes only.

There are so many techniques and strategies that can be used to make the students
learning more successful. Using different kinds of graphic organizers, games, role-
playing, group discussion, brainstorming, and a lot more.

The environment also affects the student's learning more so the teacher's presence and
