    1) An employee happiness survey was conducted in February 2021 and May 2021 to measure the Net Promoter Score. The May 2021 score was lower at 23 compared to 28 in February 2021, but there was a significant increase in survey participation from 36% to 82%. 2) Detailed comparisons of the survey results between February and May 2021 show improvements in employee perceptions across most rating categories from 0 to 10. 3) The survey comments noted positive aspects like a family feeling and cooperative work environment, but also areas for improvement such as more and faster information sharing, unclear processes and decision making, and workload.
