This range of products is available under :
- Ready to use decorations made using a high quality chocolate. The dark chocolate used for our decorations
is a chocolate “Pure Origin” 73% (made Sao Thome – Saint Domingue), natural vanilla.
- Decorations to create yourself.
The use of these blisters is extremely simple. All you need to do is fill the blister in with chocolate, cool it at 6°C
during 20 minutes.
We advise you to fill them, using a pastry bag or a dosing bottle (p.118). See method of use p. 124.
