2- If the remittance returned due to incorrect details, Aldar Exchange will not ‫ ﻻ ﺗﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺭ ﺍﻳﺔ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺔ ﻋﻦ‬،‫ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻞ ﺑﺴﺒﺐ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺻﺤﻴﺤﺔ‬2

‫ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺘﺴﻠﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻔﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﻠﻎ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺳﻞ ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻞ ﺍﻟﻔﻮﺭﻯ ﺍﻭ ﺍُﻋﻴﺪﺕ ﻗﻴﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻞ ﺍﻟﻰ‬3
3- If the beneficiary has not claimed the amount or if the amount has been ‫ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺭ ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﻠﻎ ﺳﺘﻢ ﺇﺿﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺒﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﻣﺖ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻞ‬
returned, the refund amount will be given back to the card used at the time of
remittance. ‫ ﻻ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺭ ﻣﺴﺆﻭﻟﺔ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻯ ﺗﺄﺧﻴﺮ ﻓﻰ ﺗﺤﻮﻳﻞ ﺍﻻﻣﻮﺍﻝ ﻧﺎﺷﺊ ﻋﻦ ﺃﻣﻮﺭ ﺧﺎﺭﺟﺔ ﻋﻦ ﺇﺭﺍﺩﺗﻬﺎ‬4
‫ﻣﺜﻞ ﻋﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﺪﻓﻊ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﺳﻞ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺭﺟﻲ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺧﺎﻃﺌﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺇﻧﻬﻴﺎﺭ ﺍﻻﺗﺼﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻜﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ‬
4- Aldar Exchange will not be responsible for any delay in remittance arising ‫ﺍﻟﻜﻮﺍﺭﺙ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻴﺔ ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ‬
out of acts beyond our control via, telecommunication breakdown, natural
disaster etc. ‫ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻛﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﺼﻮﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﻮﺭﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻻﻳﺼﺎﻝ ﺍﻻﻟﻴﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻲ ﻟﻜﻞ‬/ ‫ ﻳﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺍﻟﻤُﺮﺳﻞ‬5

5- The remitter/ customer should ensure that receipt is printed for every
remittance made. It should also be ensured before completing the transaction .‫ ﻓﻰ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻻﺕ ﻟﻦ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺇﺳﺘﺮﺩﺍﺩ ﺭﺳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺤﻮﺍﻟﺔ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﺭﺳﺎﻝ‬6
that the details mentioned are correct.
. ‫ ﻻ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻚ ﺍﻥ ﺗﺮﺳﻞ ﺃﻭ ﺗﺴﺘﻠﻢ ﺗﺤﻮﻳﻼً ﻣﺎﻟﻴﺎً ﻟﻪ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﻌﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ ﺟﻨﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﺍﻭ ﻣﺨﺎﻟﻔﺔ ﻟﻠﻘﺎﻧﻮﻥ‬7
6- At any circumstances transfer fees will not be refunded after the
transaction has been processed by Aldar for Exchange works. . ‫ ﻳﺠﺐ ﺍﻥ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﺰﻭﻳﺪﻧﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻭﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ ﻣﻜﺎﻓﺤﺔ ﻏﺴﻞ ﺍﻻﻣﻮﺍﻝ‬8
7- You hereby undertake that the sources of funds used for this transaction is . ‫ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﺤﻮﻳﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﻠﻎ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺣﺴﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻔﻴﺪ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻛﺤﺪ ﺃﻗﺼﻰ‬9
