PHẦN CHƯA GIẢNG, CÁC EM XEM TRƯỚC CÂU HỎI NHÉ.

Questions:
1. Where are you living? Are you living in a house or in a flat?
Well, I’m currently(now) living in a small flat which is just 5-minutes apart by
motorbike from my University since (as) I was born and grew up in QB
province but I am living and working in Hue. But now due to the covid-19, I am
returning to my homeland and living with my parents in my house now.
Return to/ go back to/ come back to somewhere:

2. Whom do you live with? (Do you live alone or with anyone else?)
-I’m currently (now) sharing my living space with one more friend and we’re
living in a small flat nearby our University. I know that living alone is
sometimes better because I can enjoy my privacy and freedom, I mean If I
want to cook, I just cook, if want to stay up late I just stay up late BUT living
with a friend is very beneficial (có lợi) since (as, because) we can share
everything together and my friend can take care of me and vice versa.
Take care of someone: (v)
Vice versa:
I want to talk to you and vice versa.
-well, I am now living alone just because I value my privacy and freedom:
(cook, stay up late,…). Furthermore, I am over 18 already and it’s time for
me to start an independent life! (cuộc sống độc lập).

3. How long have you lived there?

-I’ve been living there for almost 1 year and a half since I just enrolled in
University but honestly speaking (thành thực mà nói), I don’t intend to
live there for ages (for a long time) since the room there is quite tiny, so
maybe a few months (a couple of months) later, I would rent (hire: thue)
another flat.
Tend to V: có ý định làm gì.

4. Do you prefer living in a house or a flat?

-I have a preference for living alone in a rented room(I prefer to live alone)
since I personally believe that being over 18 is the suitable time for
students to start their own lives without depending too much on families
anymore. Although I know that living with parents, in some cases, is more
convenient for me and I can allocate (spend) more time on my studies.
-Have a preference for = prefer something (v)
I prefer you= I have a preference for you!
-depend on something (v) phụ thuộc vào cái gì đó.

5. Please describe the room you are living in? (where, how, purpose)
-Well! I am living in a small flat on the 2 floor of a residential area which is
nd

just nearby my University. As compared to my house, my current room is

rather small, just about 15-20 square meters but it’s spacious enough for a
student like me to put my necessities (Những đồ vật cần thiết) such as a
desk, a bed, and some other stuff (những đồ khác). It is considered my little
private corner (góc) with flowers and stars decorated around.
