• Load Guarantee – Minimum load guarantee will be 27 MTs per vehicle .
• TAT – subject to no traffic blocks / road closure due to over flooding / landslide .
• Cargo should be insured at your own cost , any damages No claim accepted , however we will
take utmost care for safe delivery . Incase

of any incident Like accident / theft we will issue a COF , copy of FIR , Photographs and incident report .
Liability Of Equitas Technologies

will be upto COF only ..No deductions in freight bills or delay will be accepted .

• Freight rates quoted are as per above mentioned dimensions and weight , if at all the
dimensions or the weight increase additional freight charges
• And RTO penalty will be applicable which should be reimbursed along with our bills .
• Placement of vehicle – 24 hours for High Bed Trailer .
• Necessary welding support to be provided for safe transit at your cost .
• Above quoted rates are valid for one time for this specific transaction subject to force majeure
clause .
• E – LR will be issued and Ebill will be submitted , no hard copies of POD will be submitted .
• Payment Terms – To be released within 30 days from the date of submission of EPOD
and Ebill .
• Necessary Eway bill along with proper Invoice to be handed over to driver before releasing the

vehicle from the 1 Point .
