WELCOME TO THE APEX CAREER INTENSIVE PROGRAM

improve your career and your life. I am so glad to have you
be a part of our APEX Community Of Leaders!

This document serves as your orientation guide so that you

can get the maximum benefit from the journey you are
about to undertake.

It is critical that you sign up for all the support platforms,

groups and mechanisms, as you will rely on these for
insight, tips, tricks and peer-to-peer learning and support as
you progress on the APEX journey.

This document has 3 sections, namely:

SECTION 1: HOW TO JOIN APEX SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT GROUPS

As part of the APEX community you have access to an exclusive group on Facebook. This group is designed to ensure
that you are not only receiving the information you need as you work through your unique APEX journey but also to
provide you the tips & tricks to enrich the experience as you walk this path.

On Facebook please join the following group using the link & password below:

SECTION 2: HOW TO JOIN THE APEX TELEGRAM MESSENGER APP

The Telegram messenger app is like WhatsApp but is designed for being able to better broadcast information, tips & tricks
to a large community of members, but it comes with a powerful backend which allows much more functionality than
Whatsapp. The Telegram app is available for both the iOS and Android devices and the purpose of this community is
for Sawan to share insights with you and ask you for responses as required.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE LINK TO JOIN US ON TELEGRAM. THIS IS NOT AN OPTION, PLEASE
MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTED WITH US ON TELEGRAM.

Please note the ground rules for this Group:

1. No forwards or jokes.

2. No communication will be sent on the group after 10:30 PM at night or before 6:00 AM in the morning. 

3. No good mornings, evenings or good nights, images, media files or GIF’s etc. will ever be shared on the group.

4. This group is created so that you can receive alerts, tips & tricks as you walk the APEX journey.

5. When your input is requested, please respond on the group, otherwise this group is for the above mentioned purposes.

6. This group helps you stay in the action zone so you can work towards a smooth implementation.

8. The admin shall monitor this group and participate at his discretion.

IMPORTANT:

Kindly stick to the guidelines of the group, as it is critical to manage participation. Please note that this group is
only for people who have purchased the APEX Foundations Program and adding individuals who have not
purchased the product are not permitted. Your cooperation is expected in this matter as this is a community for
people who are taking charge of their careers and investing in themselves for this journey.

SECTION 3: PARTICIPATION DETAILS FOR THE LIVE TRAINING SESSION

The LIVE Training call is designed so that Sawan may help you implement the APEX system specific to your career. This
is also a forum where Sawan will connect with you and answer questions as you learn about the how to implement the
system.

When: 2 Days - Always conducted on a Saturday & a Sunday

Date: As communicated to you in the Orientation Call, and also sent to you on email
Name: APEX Power-Up LIVE Training
Where: On ZOOM Webinars

You will receive an email with the details to attend the Power-Up LIVE Training Program in the coming few days.
The link for the session will also be shared on our Telegram group as well, so please ensure you join us on Telegram.

YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF YOUR LIVE TRAINING DATES IN THE ORIENTATION CALL THAT YOU HAVE
GONE OVER. PLEASE MARK THESE DATES AND BLOCK THEM ON YOUR CALENDAR. THESE DATES CANNOT
BE CHANGED AND IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU BLOCK YOUR DATES IMMEDIATELY.

IMPORTANT:

• Please do not be late to the LIVE Training. If you are unable to make it to the session for any reason then
entry to the session will not be permitted.

• Please join the Power-Up LIVE Training Session only after you have finished the first 8 courses included in
the APEX Foundations Program.
