Job Description

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer

10 years solid experience in Construction industry with a minimum of 3 years in managerial level

Job Description:

Generally responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of Batching Plant to ensure timely
provision of service and product and according to specifications and quality and safety standards.

Oversee and ensure that the implementation of all Batching Plant’s tasks, activities, and programs are
timely and according to the agreed standard.

Ensure smooth execution of Batching Plant’s services and products and that any problems or issues
that hampers the operation are addressed.

Ensure that the targets of the Batching Plant will be met.

Ensure that critical activities are covered with method statements and/or calculations to prove safe
work practices.

Ensure adherence to Preventive Maintenance Plan.

Ensure that materials and equipment are procured in accordance to the issued specification.

Assign and monitor specific tasks and responsibilities to staff while making timely adjustments when
required.

Review and endorse budget for Batching Plant’s operation.
