What do you do to look and feel good? For example, do yoga, go to a salon, etc. Write at least five
sentences.
Every day I have a little routine in the morning so that I can feel good, take care of my health and look good. I get up
early and go for a half hour run around my city, come home to take a shower and then have a healthy breakfast with
low fat food. During the rest of the day I try to relax for 5 minutes when I need to. During the course of the week, I try to
take care of myself by showering and using personal care products like nail clippers and deodorant. On weekends, I
usually accompany my mother to the salon to join her for some massages. I also take the opportunity to have a haircut
there if I need it.
