REMEDIATION ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT


SY 2021 - 2022

Rationale

According to the evaluation of outputs by the teacher, there was two learners who did not perform well and failed in
their activities and assessment in Empowerment Technology, with the following least learned competencies the
teacher conducted a remedial program to cope up with their subject.

 Online Safety, Security and Rules of Netiquette


 Create a reflexive piece or output using an ICT tool, platform, or application (MS Powerpoint) of choice on
the learning experience undergone during the semester.

Factors that affect the Mastery of the lesson/output of the learner

1. Lack of motivation and focus due to other extracurricular activities.


2. Time management

Implementation

The teacher let the student with their parent come and talk with the SHS coordinator and Guidance counselor to help
them in their academic problems.

The teacher exerted time and efforts to help the learners mastered the competencies and accomplished the activities
and retake the assessment. The teacher monitored the progress of their outputs and give feedback on the complied
activities.

Results

Based on the intervention made by the teacher, the learner was able to master the competencies, able to submit the
activities and got passed on the written assessment given by the teacher.
