Abstract. The application of electric energy management systems is important in the construction of green hospitals. It is
an organic integration of information technology and power management. The efficiency of the use of electrical energy can
be improved to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency. The problem of resource iste and
environmental pollution is alleviated. However, there are still some problems in the specific application of the power energy
management system, which needs to be continuously improved. The application of electric energy management system in
the construction of green hospitals is explored. The concept of a green hospital is analyzed. The problems in the hospital's
power energy management model are discussed. The function of the electric energy management system under the concept
of green hospital construction is studied, to provide reference for related work. Therefore, the application of electric energy
management system in green hospitals has practical value.
Key words: Power Energy Management System; Green Hospital; Application Practice.
INTRODUCTION
At present, the green concept has become the consensus of the society. This is the main direction and basic
requirements for the development of various industries. In the medical field, the green concept is fully integrated into
the hospital construction. Especially in the field of power energy management, the scientific optimization of hospital
electricity consumption is realized by means of high-tech power energy management system. Under the premise of
meeting the normal operation of the hospital, the total consumption of electric energy is reduced, and the utilization
efficiency of electric energy is improved. The energy-saving emission reduction of the hospital operation and the
sustainable development of the hospital were realized. It helps build and develop green society.
Green hospitals are an extension of the concept of “green building”. The whole process of hospital construction,
use and even scrapping was analyzed. Reasonable construction and management strategies were explored. Water,
electricity, materials and other resources are saved to achieve the purpose of protecting the environment and
conserving resources. The hospital's energy consumption situation is comprehensively analyzed. The consumption of
electricity and energy is the main form of energy consumption. It has a certain energy saving space. In the construction
process of green hospitals, the management of electric energy should be taken as the basic work of construction, and
careful planning should be carried out to improve the management level and meet the construction needs of green
hospitals.
For a long time, the management of hospital electric energy has been carried out by artificial means. With the help
of regular inspections by many people, human resources are wasted and management is not effective. This not only
fails to meet the needs of green hospital construction, but also affects the normal activities of the hospital. In response
to this problem, many professionals conducted detailed analysis. On the basis of reference to the power energy
management model of other industries, the power energy management system is actively constructed to realize the
informatization and automation of green hospital power management. The effect of management has been improved

and the labor cost of power energy management has been reduced. It meets the vital interests of the hospital and is the
hospital's first choice for power energy management.

are as follows: The first is to arrange personnel to regularly inspect the power distribution room to master the operation
of the power distribution system. The second is to manually check the meter readings and count the electricity
consumption of each department. The third is to analyze and deal with the cause of the failure after receiving the fault
feedback from the department staff. The fourth is to patrol and maintain the system and discover the abnormalities of
the system and eliminate them.

improve the efficiency of the power supply system management, which is conducive to the hospital's scientific,
rational and economical use of electricity. The second is to improve the stability and reliability of the power supply
system and reduce the failure rate of the power supply system. The third is to reduce power system accidents. The
fourth is to save human resources. The fifth is to automatically calculate the department's power and energy
consumption, and provide a basis for hospital performance appraisal. The sixth is to propose energy-saving measures
in a targeted manner through statistical analysis of data. The seventh is to improve the quality of hospital electrical
services. The eighth is to improve the management level of hospital power operation. A new concept is incorporated
into the integrated energy planning of green hospitals, and its substance is based on monitoring.

Fourth, the alarm of the equipment operation. A full range of alarm functions is provided to alert the staff of
upcoming events in the form of sound, light and pop-up dialogs. The abnormality of the on-duty personnel can be
reminded in the interface through the screen change. Different levels of alarms can be received at all operator stations,
and flashes when the alarm is not confirmed.
Fifth, remote meter reading of various departments. A large amount of labor resources is reduced. The probability
of error is reduced. In the end, the performance appraisal of the department was completed.
Sixth, custom reports. The system provides complete automatic generation of energy consumption reports.
Combined with the system's report template, real-time data and manual entry data are used to automatically generate
common reports that conform to the system's custom templates.
Seventh, video surveillance. The live image signals of the high voltage switchgear, transformer and low voltage
switchgear are collected and stored in the hard disk recorder. The control center operator can retrieve the live real-
time image signal through the hard disk recorder, and can also retrieve the saved historical image signal. When remote
coordination is required, the on-site operation can be supervised to avoid disoperation. The historical image signal
preservation period is determined according to the actual situation of the hospital, and it is recommended to be more
than one month.
CONCLUSION
Combined with the hospital's experience in the construction and operation of the power energy management system,
an effective power energy management system construction model was proposed. Ultimately, safe, reliable,
economical, efficient and scientific use of electricity and energy is achieved. With the development of green hospitals,
the hospital's electric energy management system will play an increasingly important role.
